Coolmine train station platform gates locked - what about other stations?

From what I've read, the city bound platform gates at Coolmine are locked when the temporary ticket office is closed (~9:30am).
Obviously this causes problems for those accessing the station from the Coolmine side (rather than Carpenterstown side). It even affects those with annual/weekly/monthly/etc tickets that do not need to visit the ticket office to obtain a valid ticket.

I am trying to find out if other stations on the Maynooth line have a similar issue.
I know Dromcondra and Broombridge don't have this issue because of their setup.

What about other stations? Where appropriate, can both sides be accessed at all times without passing through the ticket office?

I believe in Clonsilla that the gates on both platforms are locked while the ticket office is open. This is presumably to discourage ticket evaders during ticket office opening hours.

At Leixlip Confey the gate is always open when the ticket office is locked. Part of the reason for this (as well as allowing access for people boarding) is that people getting off the train would be trapped if it weren't open, since there is only one exit from the station.
