    hi lads,

    I want to start with i wash regularly and i have protected sex.
    somes i notice that under my foreskin alot of yellowy creamy stuff can form and can be quiet smelly, i was myself regularly, but over night it can come back....any lads experience this?

    It's called smegma. Make sure you pull back you foreskin in the shower.

    If you suspect its anything more than this and certainly if its in the evil smelling category, have a word with your doctor (its OK, they see stuff like this all the time).

    I know a friend of mine had to be circumcised due to not keeping that particular area clean, so make sure you're giving it a good wash :p

    Some girls love "cock cheese".......:eek: Ya thats Smegma, just pull your foreskin back slowly and wash it with warm water, if you dont clean it totally just use a cotton bud with soap on it.

    We all get a touch of knob cheese.

    So, wash it every day.

    Talk to the GP. There are some creams that
    can kill the bacteria. Then it shouldn't happen
    so badly.

    Just be happy U don't have something like 'balanitis'.
    Plenty of knob cheese with that, and very smelly. Plus,
    your knob looks like it was hit by a hammer !!!
