My stack 220.1st orbit since i have sat down.Others stacks all cover me not by much.I know most players at the table and know 2 only too see who are involved in the hand in question.

Blind straddle to 7 and of course the usual couple of callers.I make it 25 to go on the button.3 callers.

    pot 100

flop 10 7 3 rainbow checked to me: action??? i want to know reasons behind peoples bets here and how much they would bet in this situation.

    turn is another 3

if you have bet and been called by one player on the flop what do you do if the turn is checked to you here also.

    is it a rainbow flop?

Was 25 the absolute max you could have made it preflop? im sure after a couple of limpers you could have got 40 into the pot? If so why didnt ya?

yea sorry it was a rainbow flop.

To be honest i dont know why i didnt make it 40.No reason for not doing this, however i still think i would have got the same 3 callers pre flop for 40.

If you want per se say i made it 40 pre flop whats my line on the same flop with the same 3 callers??

These are spots I find tough with no reads like you say. I usually bet about 2/3 of the pot on the flop and check behind on the turn. I usually fold on any river to be honest.

It is also important whether there is a flush draw or not on the flop.

it's not a terrible flop by any means and you're in all likelihood way ahead of the ace-rag merchants, bet out close to pot (say 80) and take it down.

    (obv. re-assess if called)

as BCB said, pot it PF

always raise the pot preflop in pot limit live games. the extra few euro makes a difference to the chronic limpers. especially here on the button with the 7 blind and a few limpers. you say that they would definitely call 40 but it's hard to be sure of that, were they all very deep. there's a big difference between 25 and 40, if the blind raiser folds for the big bet the others wont get their "value" to limp behind.
as played i'd bet 75/80 on the flop and shut down if called since there's no flush draw and you don't have enough to get anyone off A10 or 10x by shoving the turn.
