Im 22 year old male, checked on them last night, noticed the left one bigger than the other, always has been thought nothing of it, but it feels like there’s ‘an extension’ on it, on the top to be specific that isn’t on the right testis. I was very alarmed by the discovery to be honest.
I have noticed my sac shrinking once or twice over the last month, i.e. they don’t hang, so to speak, excuse the language, but i don't know of a better way to describe it.
I live a healthy lifestyle, gym 3 times a week, healthy diet, don’t smok, drink 4 units of alcohol a week.
What could it be?

If you're really worried see your doctor.
FYI, many men have one slightly bigger than the other but as I say, get your GP to check it out.

should they be prefectly oval though, i mean, sI have wat feels kinda like a turkeys excess skin on their necks attached to the left one.
