What a great Gael and what a Character!

Wouldn't have said that in 92 and 93 but ah well!

Great character and great speaker of his mind. Ah, everybody is against us!
I'd say would be his defining Quote!

Mad Men's Don Draper : What you call love was invented by guys like me, to sell nylons.

He did wonders for Cavan in his short term as manager which was unfortunately cut short by his illness. Great GAA man whose character will be sorely missed. RIP.

A real loss to the GAA world.

As a man who lived only down the road from me, I still can't believe it. A true gael and a true gentleman.

He did so much for my county and for other counties and clubs. An unbelieavble man(ager), who will be missed by all who ever had the pleaaure of meeting him.

    What a character.

Very sad news to hear of his passing at the young age of 59. He was a great GAA man who always talked plainly and never gave any rubbish in an interview IMO.

    RIP Eamonn.
