Ok here's my last attempt at organising this.

I have about 12 players who want to do this.

    Its going to €500 & €50 Reg

    Limited to 25 players
Sunday 24th June, Red Cow Hotel

20k starting stack, same blind structure as the WSOP ME
1 hour Blinds (check my thread on new Red Cow game for structure)

    Fully dealer dealt
    Dinner included.

Winner gets €12500 which covers buy in to WSOP ME, Buy in to $1000 warm up game. The remaining cash can be used to cover flights, accommodation and spending money.

Winner gets to keep 70% in him/herself for both the ME and warm up game. Each syndicate member gets 1.25% of both the ME and warm up game.

Any deal that the winner does regarding sponsorship is his/her own business.

there should plenty there to cover it.
The ME and side game will cost, $11,000
    Flights $700-1000
    Accom $1000-$2000

    Thats $14k.
    €12.5k is about $16.5k
Thats 2.5k left over, I dont think my flight and accom prices are off by that much, I thought they were even on the high side

For anyone that would like to play this game but can't go to Vegas or either already won their package, one of the players playing said that they would buy the package off the winner if they didn't want to go.

It think the numbers will still be good as we got 62 when Dublin first played Meath and 59 when they played last Sunday

This is starting to look like it may not go ahead:(

A few players have pulled out yesterday and today.

    At the moment i have 8 defo's
    3 50/50's
and 4 that i couldn't get through to.

I will either ring or PM everyone by saturday morning to left people know if it is going to go ahead or not. (will also post in this thread)

That's a pity JP. This is an excellent structure (hour clock :D ) and was really shaping up to be a class game...Was really looking forward to this...
Do you think the €250 ranking event has taken any players from this or maybe it's a bit close to the actual event..either ways I hope the players come out and support this...

with so few players why not just have it somewhere smaller with lower overheads on the monday?

That might be an idea joe. will speak to the players about it. Either way the €250 game should have a good turn out on Sunday. How you getting on in Vegas?
