Is the bucking sliding back up the inner barrle? If so hold the bucking while putting it and just keep trying. If you want i can do it for you.

The hop up rubber was being pushed up into the loading chamber. Now the rubber has stretched and wont fit at all....God I'm pissed off. Guy on youtube puttin one on an SLR had no problems...just slid on....

er... try put the hopup onto the barrel first, and then slide the whole lot in? that's the way i've done it before and no problems...

I put the hopup on to the barrel first with my aug, think i stripped the hopup down first then re-assembled it once the hopup rubber was on the barrel,
I removed the pin on the lever arm, be careful as there is a tiny piece between the lever arm and the hopup rubber which will fall out, but its also that piece that makes it difficult to just slide the hopup onto the barrell, once the lever arm and the small plastic part have been removed, you can then slide the rubber onto the barrel, then replace the lever making sure the small plastic part is between the lever and the rubber.
The actual hopup rubber isnt to hard to order as its a common part to wear out or tear, most places should stock it, dentricity does for sure

    Brilliant Skate...gonna try that now.

Just thinkin, it'd be much better if the unit wasnt a single molded piece but two joined ones.
