These should win some sort of award.

My wife got me a pair the other day and I think they are brilliant. A pair of flip flops with a bottle opener built into the sole. For someone who loves gadgets like myself, they are perfect.

    Is that ingenious or what?

Would it not rust and wear over time? Perfect place for bits of dirt to lodge.

Will be bitch to clean if you step in dog ****.

An even better invention is the screw top beer bottle like they have in oz and nz.

Yup, I've got me a pair too, never take em off to be honest. The bottle opener comes in handy too.

They have ones with a small drawer in the heel where you can put your key, money or credit card etc... I'll probably pick a pair of these up. Although one foot with a drawer and one foot with a bottle opener and you're set for any session! :)

Nifty, although pretty much any item can be used to open a bottle of, err, juice.

I can't stand people opening bottles with their teeth, I always expect their teeth to shatter, fly out of their mouth and pop me on the head!

You know when you see in all those films where the guy opens the bottle by twisting it off well I never knew that it was a twist top bottle :D Use to wonder how the hell they could do that.

That's just plain impractical. This, on the other hand (hoho), has gotten me through some tough times.

I use a Hand Jive in work.
One of the best bar blades around. You can do some really neat tricks and spins with it just before/during/after popping bottle caps.

They're a nice idea but as a few others have said, The amount of dirt, p*ss and s**t they would gather, not good....i'm happy enough with my LIDL bottle opener that opens everything ever created....true!!!!:D
