Wireless Remote Control Extender

    Folks, hope I am in the right forum and don't annoy anyone!

    I am looking for a device that I can place beside a DVR (recording unit for a CCTV system) and a receiver that I can place in any other room in the house. The idea is that we can hide the DVR (in case of break-ins) yet still allow remote control of the menu system for the software on the DVR, reviewing footage etc. We have the video sorted through the normal co-ax, its just a case of being able to remote control the DVR. Anyone know of a product out there i can buy in Europe. Appreciate any help you can give.

    Charlie, what you are looking for is a remote control extender.
    There are lots of products available. I'm sure most common electrical shops (like Argos) would be able to sort you out.

    Here's an example of a OneforAll product that would do the job:
