I'm going to reregister the car this week, Cartell shows 73G4 and then a jump to 73G800 on, why is this, Can i get 73G5, or does it cost extra?

73 G 4 was probably the last number issued by the County Council before Revenue took over the issue of registration numbers. For some unknown reason Revenue started off with a 20 in places and 500 and 800 in others, not sure if it related to the year or not. I suggest you go for the 800 if its available.

I know in Louth 20 is the first free number 1 - 19 you have to pay for.
    Thats why at home you find 24 LH 20, 27 LH 20, 34 LH 20 35 LH 20.
