Hidden away on the Dublin Bus website and placed online with no notice are the 2006 results based on the Memorandum of Understanding between the Department of Transport and Dublin Bus. Follow the link below to the results.

Needless to say the company failed on notification of changes to the public! Not really surprising to users of this site!

I wonder would Irish Rail publish theirs?
However, I reckon the muppets in the Dept of Transport gave them meaningless targets - e.g. 5 minute DART journey, gets stuck outside Connolly for 10 minutes, yet is still classed as 'on time' and therefore meets it's targets.

The agreement is not worth anything, I went looking for the full set last year and the DoT did there best to put me off by looking for several hundreds of euro in FoI fees. I had to give up on Dublin Bus but I can tell you that the document is several pages in length and has two parts, 1 the agreement and 2. the results, you need both to understand the situation

The companies themselves set the targets, they set how they are recorded, all with the blessing of the DoT who don't bother to verify the numbers

I think this is enough to save anyone else the trouble
This Memorandum of Understanding on Service Levels and Targets is of no legal effect and is not binding on Iarnród Éireann or the Department of Transport. The parties to this Memorandum of Understanding do not intend any part of this Memorandum to have any contractual status of any kind.
