I'm considering having a nose job to fix damage caused from an childhood incident and a lost fight with a patio door.

I've done a bit of research but would love to hear if anyone's had personal experience as companies always say the good stuff (and hide the carnage! )

    Thanks

Do a bit of research on the name Basim matti. He's based in the uk, but supposedly is one of the best.

From what i've been told, we've a shortage of good surgeons capable of doing a quality job.

Thanks for you reply. Had a look at his website and he does seem good but I was kind of hoping not to have to travel abroad.
No good surgeons here? That's shocking

If you go to US you can get a top quality surgeon and a holiday to boot, plus it will only cost you altogether the equivalent of an Irish job. Not to mention the dollar is weak isn't it?

Basically you're less likely to have good surgeons as the demand for the work is much lower.
