Pothole on the common area of spine road

I was walking the dog along the grass area of the spine road the other day and put my foot into a six inch deep hole in the ground, i went one way and my ankle the other. Ended up with a fractured bone in my ankle:eek: . Considering the general decline in the upkeep of the common areas - i ask myself what are we paying the…
