Can anyone point me in the direction of some good online resources/threads or printed material on how to play paired boards in and out of position in cash games.

I.e., I think alot of players lose value on these boards, and others bluff too much.

I am playing a bit of on-line, mainly .5/1 on iPokedher and just due to the volume of hands seen, I would like to learn about on this area.

Or can the serious online players share some rules of thumb?
