    Hi folks,

Just wondering if anyone knows where I can purchase and get installed a pair of wing mirrors from a golf (The new ones with the indicators). I have an almera, and would prefer non-standard wing mirrors. i know the arm on these are different, so Im not sure in what way it would hamper installation.

    Any advice appreciated,
    Thanks

You can buy the mirrors from, eBay, a VW dealer, or an independent parts supplier. You'll then need to get a body shop to fit them. The part of the mirrors that meets the door will have to be modified to fit and then the whole mirrors will need to be painted to match. This will be very expensive, and your Almera will be worth less than it was. To be honest, it's the worst idea i've heard in a long time.:)

not really the worst idea ive heard but anan has a point, why not just get mirror that are ready fitted for your almera from ebay or a mod shop,

but like anan said you will devalue your car so do the smart thing and keep the oem ones and if your going to sell it refit them, id recomend this with all your mods you make, theres nothing worse than seeing seeing a guy selling a corsa etc with 20 grand worth of mods for say 15 grand and wondering why no-one is biting, do it smart.

    Just my 2cents
