The Corrib Casino in Galway runs an Omaha tournament every Friday. I love games and hate "being stuck" with Texas hold'em most of the time so I play this one for sure. However, we don't seem to get the numbers. So hereby a request for all other boardies with nothing better to do Friday night to come and enjoy the fun.

The tournament starts between 21:30 and 22:00 and is usually just the one table. The buy-in is 25+5 and the structure is quite crappy, 3K chips with 15 minute blinds starting at 25-50. But with such a low buy-in and only one table no-one plays too seriously. Its great craic and the (non-alcoholic) drinks are free. Rebuys are 10 and topups at the break are also 10, all 3K chips.

No guaranteed prizepool, although 100% of all money (bar the fiver reg.) goes towards it. Professional dealer and guaranteed good craic though. TD is the best TD in Galway: Karri, and he has final say.

P.S. I have no ties with the Corrib Casino other than it being my local and them being nice to our home game players to offer a location for our monthly 50 euro freezeout. Its a professionally setup casino (fingerprint doorbell etc. :)) owned by Vesty, the nice guy that won the Macau last weekend. Karri should really post instead of me (a punter), but he just moved home and is without Internet.
