I don't know how good this is, Poetry isn't really my field.... but i'll let ye decide!

The Pale Moon shares the Sky
With the amber haze of Street Lights,
Still, a grand night for a stroll.

    Passing some Youngsters,
    The expected chatter of youth
Replaced with the click of buttons
And the odd groan of discontent.

A sign of the times, I suppose
    .

I like it Steve, it's quirky. Just one question, if poetry isn't your thing then what has you writing poems?

Don't think your main point is quite strong enough on it's own to be honest. Maybe it would work as a stanza in a much larger poem on a similar theme, with each part ending with "a sign of the times i suppose." Could be quite strong. The opening part could be the scene setter, and you could comment on what you see on your walk. Potential there anyway, and always good to see a bit of poetry just for the sake of it from someone who's not in too deep.

I like it Steve. Poetry is an art form. One which is lost on the modern world. I dont mean that judgementally since I am part of this modern world.
