    Going unreg for this.

my girlfriend broke up with me one year ago this week. i was devestated and still am to be honest. i know she has moved on and is seeing someone else. I am also seeing someone else but i thinkm about her every second ov every day. i dream about her constantly. i keep thinking i see her where ever i go. i dont know what to do. I love her so much, to the extent that is she rang me from mongolia today and asked me to go to her. id walk there if i had to.

any advise on how to get over her or what to do.

Honestly, that's totally unfair to the person you're seeing. While I'm sure you'll get plenty of "the best way to get over someone is to get under someone else" replies, I think it's incredibly selfish to be seeing someone while you are quite clearly in love with someone else. Imagine finding out your girlfriend is pining after some fella she broke up with a year ago and was using you as a stop-gap. Not very nice and if you came here with that problem you'd probably be told by nearly everyone to walk away.

Can I ask how old your are? How long you were with your ex? Why you broke up?

It takes a little work and effort to " get over " a relationship sometimes IMO
You need to really shake yerself and stop living in hollywood romance world!
Walk to mongolia? Wtf!!! Quick talking romantic bs.

It was a relationship. End of. Most people have loads of them in their life anyways.
    Move on. Force yourself to.

Also needs to be asked. How long were you with her?

Big mistake most people make is putting the ex on a pedastal. I mean if the relationship broke down then it couldnt be all that great. Not how you remember it, how it actually was.
ie. monday - thursday routine. Most of the times could of been boring, held you back, Think of the things that bugged you about her.
    Get realistic
Remember all the times she wrecked yer head etc etc etc

Also ditch the girl you're seeing at the mo. Its not fair on her. Plus you probably need to find someone who blows yer mind again in order to fully get over the ex.

You need to make your current life 10times better than it ever was with the ex,.
Get fit, take up whatever social activities you didnt have time for before. etc etc etc.....

Just be mature and cold and logical about it.

Yeah to be honest it took me i think 4 years to fully get over losing an ex of mine...The reason I didnt get over her sooner than that is because I was constantly looking to meet someone I liked in the same way-I didnt think this could happen but it did and I can safely say that I dont give her a second thought anymore..I wasted a lot of my life in this time by thinking this way and I wish I knew then what I know now...What Im trying to say here is that you WILL get over her and you WILL meet someone else the thing is I cant tell you when this will be... It might be a painful ,lonely time ahead for you but I suggest you seriously think about ending your current relationship and try to put these feelings to the back of your mind by getting on with your life.

Dont be someone who "lives in the past" its a downward spiral with no happy ending-dreaming of your ex is gonna depr;) ess you in time-best of luck
