Trip to Jameson Distillery??

I was at the ol' distillery today, and thought it would be an interesting choice for a day out (in, I guess...). Elvin, Sinead, and I had thrown around the idea a while back, but I think it would be a great place to go. I think it would have to organise it in a way when no one else is there since tripod use would be in order, and for anyone who hasn't done the tour, the rooms get a bit cramped when grounds are around... The good part is that I should have plenty for flak jackets for crossing into the north soyde

    any thoughts??

The Old Middleton tour looks a lot better as it seems to have a ton of stuff there to photograph and big enough to hold all of us.

Not sure if either place will allow us to walk around willy nilly though!!

If it's on a saturday could combine it with the farmers market at the other end of town...

I did the Midleton tour, without my gear. It's very interesting, but, if it's busy, you wont have much time to stop and set-up a shot. Perhaps if you booked an entire tour group, you'd have a bit more leyway.

ive been meaning to do the Midleton tour for years. Really should get my arse in gear, given that it's only 20 mins down the road from me in err, Midleton.

Midleton is really great place for photography. I shot about 70 pictures with my mobile there...
