went down to fota at the weekend and took a few shots:

    one or 2 notes :
    1) no photoshopping done
    2) shots of cheetahs were taken through double chicken wire type fencing (any tips on focusing ?)
    3) all shots taken on a 350d with a 28-135 IS lens.

what i'd like to get lens wise next :

    1 - 17-85 IS ( i get bad shakes )
    2 - 50 mm prime lens
    3 - 100-400 IS

    anyway without further ado :

i am open to all criticism ( please try to keep it constructive  )

    Thanks

P.S. my flickr page for bigger images and other shots.

i would also like C&C on any other shots on my flickr page

    Thanks again.

places like fota are always hard to photograph, cos it's hard to get close enough to the animals; example being the shot of the peacock being the best, it was the one you could get closest to.

I think the framing is fine, for all three, but I'd have got down lower for the first one. It would have given a nicer angle.

For the second one, I know it's very difficult, but it's ideal if you can get a shot that doesn't have fences, in the background.
With regard to all three, I'd have bumped up the saturation a bit.

i like the peacock - nice colours
the other two seem a little washed out maybe a bit of contrast and increase the saturation as CE mentioned.
