Is it possible to find 2.5V RAM at all?

I'm looking for a PC3200 1GB 184-pin module for a 2.5V motherboard but all I can find are 2.6V modules. I'd rather have 2.5V as specified. Could anyone please direct me to a retailer that sells this type as Crucial, Komplett, Amazon and Elara don't have it.

Thanks. That's not a 1GB module but I think two of those 512MB will have to do. They're the only ones I know for certain are 2.5V.

You know you can set the ram to run at whatever voltage you like with most motherboards. I personally have my ddr running at 3.2v
