07-06-2007 03:44PM#1Looking to buy a cheap run around for a few months and these caught my eye when on holidays. Has any much experience with them? I have read that they are not the most comfortable car but after 8 months of driving a mr2 on rock solid coilovers my comfort level isn't that high
Basically I want something cheap to run, tax etc.. and something that will hold its value well. I will be spending about 3-3.5k on one and am going to test drive a few on Saterday, anything I should look out for?0

I would recommend the Jimny over the Pajero. While both are tiny, cramped and bouncy, the Jimny is miles ahead all round.
I would even recommend mine ...the only thing is that Jimnys aren't quite available within your budget yet. 0 -

I would like a Jimny alright but they are out of the price range that I want to spend. I'm gonna have a drive in the Pajero on Saturday and see what I think.

Wouldn't mind a turbo at all, bit of extra power would be good I know all the Pajero Minis were 600cc turbo engines. I'll find out when I look at them I guess. 0 -
