Every now and then I fall apart

Been overall quite happy with my poker play in the last 3 months, have managed to build my bankroll to a healthy enough level - playing mostly $1-$2NL and then $2-$4 NL and now the occasional $5-$10 NL game, throwing in a few sngs also. I know from bitter experience that this is the most dangerous time for me. I start leaping ahead to the day I can regularly play games like 10-20 plo and I get over eager to get there and can start making sub optimal decisions.

In the last week or so I have gone on mini-tilt for the first time in months and made 2 or 3 shockingly poor calls.

None of these on their own have been disastrous, and I'll give myself some credit in that I logged off shortly after my mini-tilt time, whereas in the past I probably would have done something daft like move up levels.

After making some bad calls yesterday, I decided to play Omaha instead of Hold'Em,as I think if your feeling in a gambly mood, you're rarely a major dog in Omaha, and fortunately for me it worked out well. This was the lesser of two evils rather than a valid solution i'll admit. I got the 'ah fook it' monster out of my system but fear it might return.

Anyway what I'm getting at here is I noticed Pokerstars allow you to set max limits for your game play. This would be welcome if it was rolled out on more poker networks imo.

While it's not, I'm just thinking on what the possible solutions are...

    A. Withdraw most of my bankroll to my bank account?
    B. Just set aside specific time to play and make a conscious decision to play good poker and not think about the result, but rather concentrate on playing a solid game.

Does this happen to anyone else, where they play more or less fine for weeks on end, and then when their roll has grown nicely their discipline starts getting raggedy?
