Im looking for a destination to go on holidays.

There will be 4 mid 20s lads going, and we have about 4-5 weeks in October (ish).

Last year we had more time and backpacked through thailand, cambodia, vietnam and loved it. WOuld love to go back but we've been there done that.

Were looking for something similar to the above, a place with a good nightlife, lots to see and do, cheap cheap etc

    Any suggestions?

    How about China?

Fly into HK, spend a few days sightseeing - then get a train from the border into S.W China - the Yunan province. Some great cities here and fabulous scenery. Food is fantastic and you shouldn't need any chinese to get by ...

I spent 2 months in China and spent 1100 euro all in .... trains/plains/nice guesthouses and 3 meals a day (tasty ones at that!)

Thats an intresting suggestion, as we did consider China.

Whats the nightlife like? we like to go clubbing and to pubs after a days sightseeing!

Currently were thinking Argentina though, but its early days yet!

Its between China and Argie. 4 weeks we have, i reckon we'll get to see and experience a lot more in china? Plus China is a lot cheaper.
