Holidays in July suggestions (not too hot!!)

Hi We are taking some hols in July and we are looking for somewhere that won't be too hot at the end of July... Preferably Europe! I'm not good at temps above low 30's!!! Any suggestions appreciated....

Scandinavia.
I spent 3 weeks travelling around during June/July time a few years back. Temperatures were pleasant below the Artic circle, was a little cooler up at the North Cape but still nice. Beautiful scenery, nice people, crazy Finns especially during mid-summer, captial cities are nice particularly Stockholm. Even got to meet mister Claus himself

I've heard nice things about Tampere in Finland, Ryanair do direct flights from Dublin .....
