Ok i'm using the right driver here but it's just not working ever since I reninstalled xp the mobo is an asus a7s8x-mx and I'm using the cd that came with the motherboard to install the driver and I also downloaded the one from the asus website, again installed properly but no sound...wtf?. It worked before wihtout any…

It worked before wihtout any probelms in XP. The driver seems to be installed proerly at the momnet but I am just not getting any sound. Speakers etc are all connected properly.

Any ideas?
