    As the title says.

Any simple to follow advice? Have unplugged it and put it in again, the arrow is still frozen in the same spot on screen. Brand new PC so it cant be dirt or anything.

Tried that (only way to do it seems to be to unplug it)

Any other suggestions? This is pretty ****ing unacceptable for a one day old PC.

Ring up your manufacturer's tech support and give 'em hell.
