Did anyone else go to this gig in The Village last night? I had to leave after half an hour. Normally I'm a fan of Fennesz's stuff but this was bloody awful.

Saw them at Primavera. Woeful. I only got to it after half an hour and still left!

They were fantastic! Apart from all the Faith No More muppets who kept shouting out ****e to Patton, gig of the year so far.

It was all right. Parts of it were really good but some of it was very boring. I did a review of it here. The overexcited Patton fans were really annoying, especially considering Patton was just going through the motions as far as I could tell. I would have much preferred a Fennesz solo show followed by one of Patton's better projects.
