A few live hands from my weekend session

    hand 1:

playing 1/2 nl in the emporium on saturday night at about 2ish in the morning. in for 200 and up to 575 most on the table have me covered but not by much.

im in the sb and my last card is flipped over when dealing and a 9 is turned and the usual remarks are made, on loose/crazy guy makes it a fiver as he normally does and its around to me with QQ. i make it 20 and the bb(se regular called joe) pumps it up to 50 and back to me.

i reraise it back up and make it 175 to go,leaving me with 400 behind. should i of just called and reassess my hand on the flop? joe goes into the tank for a while and proceeds to ask if i have aces, i say no and he shoves and its back to me? call or take the coinflip most likely?

    hand 2:
in the jackpot later on turn 90 into about 500 easy enough with the usual standard of players. tristan(jackpot dealer is in the game and the villian)

i have my usual loose image even though i have been a rock. its 5 handed and i have him covered by about 200.

im in the bb and its raised in the cutoff to 6 with 2 callers and i make it 20 in the bb with JJ. two callers

flop comes 5s 2c 5h i check and its checked behind me. turn is the Jc i bet out 50(good or bad?) get one caller. river is a brick. i bet 100?

    hand 3:

left the jackpot at 12 went for beers and then up to drogheda to joe o neill's new place for the 2k guarenteed with 14 runners.

10k starting stack and we are down to the final 5 all with huge stacks compared to the blinds. im utg with about 25,000 and bb is chip leader with about 40,000 but is one of the two weak players at the table.the game is playing unusually tight at this time.

i limp utg with QQ, small blind completes and bb raises to 1400. i reraise to 4000, sb folds and bb calls quickly.

Flop is Ac As Qs. bb bets out 5k and i push for 16,000 more?

hand 4 not a very interesting one.

back from drogheda to the jackpot. table is 5 handed with 4 of us well known and playing pretty loose. everyone is on roughly 150/200, 2 limpers, button(geordie dave from jackpot)makes it 6, sb (young guy pissed who is bound to go broke) reraises to 25 and im in the bb with KK, do i reraise it here or call and hope the button pushes?

there were a few more hands from the emporium nl game later on but i cant remember them at the moment

    I am truly impressed...

Hand 1 Joe either has KK or AK

    Hand 2 fine

Hand 3 Call and bleed him dry, if he has AQ so be it.

    Hand 4 Make it 65.

    1) AK - you pf raise is fine, but a call wouldn't be the worst move in the world

    2) i like it

    3) call and tell him to "behave himself and that you are sure that your pair is good" ;)

    4) 'i'd probably call and hope for an aceless flop

Hand1: I just call his reraise preflop, I doubt he has a wide range 3betting from the blinds.

Hand2: I lead that flop, im sure live 33,44,66-TT arent going anywhere on that flop and there are a load of cards that will either kill your action on the turn or will beat your hand.

Hand3: Dont understand preflop, you are basically overrepping your hand

Hand4: Raise, hes drunk any pair or A is the nuts.

#1 dont like your 4 bet at all, i think u should fold as played I think he has KK here an awful lot
#2 bet flop, as played i might cr if i thought he would bluff/vb something worse
    #3 dont limp raise, call
#4 i dont mind just calling here, and i dont mind making a small 4 bet, and i dont mind making a big 4 bet [not TOO big] you cant go wrong here
