Phone call from 69536

I just got a phonecall on my mobile from the number 69536. I said "hello". "hello" was repeated back in exactly the same tone as I said it except in a womans voice.
Whatever else I said was repeated back in the same tone but a womans voice. After it freaked me out a little, I hung up.

I'm guessing this is a prank but I did a search on the internet and I cant see anything. I rang the number from a housephone and it rang for a while but then said "The number you have dialled is not valid...." but not in the normal eircom voice. I cant ring it from my mobile. What kind of a number is it anyway? Everywhere around here has 7 digits!

Anyone know what this is about!?
