Sorry if this has been discussed at length b4......and I know mistakes happen but how come all bargains identified on hmv.co.uk mysteriously re-appear as "errors" and orders are cancelled :( .........that doesn't encourage anyone to become loyal customers :mad: :mad:

Firstly, not a Bargain Alert. Moved to Online Buying & Auctions.

Secondly, not all bargains identified on HMV.co.uk appear as errors. And any that are cancelled are more than likely mis-prices. They have a right to cancel them to be honest.

Sure we'd all like some misprices to be honoured but unlike Play who typically honour misprices, HMV don't seem to have the same strategy.
