problem installing photoshop

i have a copy of photoshop but it wont let me install it. it goes to 99% on the install wizaed then after about a minute freeze it just goes off. i have previously installed the same copy on my other computer so i know its not a problem with the disc. would it be the virus protection on the computer or firewall or…

Try disabling the firewall or anti-virus alright.
