Would anyone be able to clarify this for me.

Skype automatically add VAT (at 15%) on when you buy €10 credit, sothe total cost comes to €11.50, and yet in their price listings, they seem to charge VAT again on the call costs. Does the VAT inclusive price listed with the per-minute rate just correspond to the €1.50 VAT you pay when buying credit, or is Skype being naughty?

There seems to be something strange going on, because I was charged 20c for a ~10 second call to an Irish mobile yesterday which doesn't match up to any of the prices they have listed.
