Don't suppose anyone can recommend a good defragger.

I thought Disk Warrior might do the job, but I want to run it also on a USB drive, but it won't pick it up.
Does it matter that the drive is FAT32?

Diskwarrior doesn't support FAT32. And I'm not sure if there's anything on a mac that will defrag it either. I assume the reason the drive is FAT32 is because you're sharing it with a Windows machine, right? If so just use Windows/Bootcamp to do it.

OSX and HFS+ doesn't need to be defragged.

I primarily use it on a Mac but do from time to time use it on Win XP. Theres often alot of moving stuff back and forth between the drive and the mac. It seems to be running slow as of late.

I could plug it into a Win XP laptop, which as far as I remember as System Works and use that to defrag it. Not sure if that would cause any issues when I plug it back into the mac.
