    hi.
if I buy a 3 phone on bill-pay is there a 2 week "cooling off" period where I can simply return it if I just don't like it and not have to pay out the full contract.

I asked about this in a CPW store today and they said this period only applies to the usb modem not a 3 phone.

admittedly the staff there seemed a bit clueless generally about things so I just want to double-check here if this is true.

so is there any 2-week "cooling off" period after you sign up for a 3 bill-pay phone?
ie if you want to cancel the contract within 2 weeks would you to pay it out in full.

    cheers.
yeah I actually just read three's return policy and it's as you say.

the cpw staff are probably just misinformed- unless of course carphonewarehouse don't honour this three policy. would this be possible at all.
