Anyone have any opinions on the above pistol?

    Never used one, sorry.

It does look nice, though seems to be mostly made from ABS which is odd considering it's one of the more expensive pistols.

After reading a few reviews on the wab, it seem the Tanaka USP can have mag problems, is more difficult to maintain, more expensive to fix and is harder to upgrade with after-market parts.

It seems the recommended alternative is the KSC/KWA USP.

thats a nice looking piece. (checks bank balance)
I like that better then the P226 that i had anyway.

looks nice alright, for that price you'd expect it to be full metal, but i'd say the abs is good quality and the real steel has a polymer frame anyway i think

The real steel only has a metal slide, barrel and trigger.
If I were getting a USP, I'd go with the KSC USP .45 or Compact that have the metal slide. They are actually slightly heavier than the real thing.
