Still no Casino Royale.. 7 weeks on

Just checked there, its 7 weeks today since I got the email from Sony saying I would be getting a free copy of Casino Royale. Its clear now that I wont be getting it. What a joke. Who can I complain to?

I got 2 copies like quite a few people on here. I already offered my spare copy to somebody else on another thread but I think he finally got one. So since you were the first poster here you can have it if you want when you are absolutely sure that your aren't getting one, because I definitely don't need 2. I haven't even been able to watch the whole thing yet. Terrible movie .

its a load of crap, why bother telling us we're going to get a copy. they should at least put up a statement on their website and apolagise for saying we were going to get the blu ray. obviously i still havent got mine yet and registered on launch day

it wasn't "first come, first served". it was a lottery done by the system... people ended up with 2 copies because the system did 2 passes on the list without discarding the people who already "won"...

i don't know why this is a huge issue. it's a freebie that was never guarinteed to you. there was never a promise made by sony to give you anything for free, so they never went to rectify the problem once it was found. the idea being that people would sign up, maybe get a free brd, and forget about it. if one arrived then yay, otherwise so what?

the movie isn't even that amazing anyway, and you can't trade it in anywhere because it has no barcode...

It was meant to be the first 500,000 people, it was clearly stated to be that way! I registered on launce day and got mine, I think its quite good actually!

but it was never guarinteed to the first 500k. and sony never rectified the issue because in reality, without people on this board saying "i signed up yesterday and got 17" you'd have no clue whatsoever if you were in the first 500k to sign up.

Anyone have a playstation ireland email address? Still no sign of Casino Royale even though i registered it at launch and got the email on the 5th of April confirming my free copy of Casino Royale.

I just received a copy of Casino Royale in the post today and I never got an email saying I would get one. Plus I only signed up for the Playstation network on the 5th of July. Very unexpected.
