It's a relatively rubbish line up this year compared to previous ones I think with, but that has never really mattered all that much before. I think The Wurzels are playing the bandstand and as long as the cider bus is open from when I get there on the wednesday I'll be happy enough.

Yea, I'm a little disappointed too. I thought Kings of Leon might play and now they're not :(

Bit dissapointing. I heard Smokey Robinson was going to be playing, but apparently not.

Still really looking forward to the Who, though.

Theres about 700 bands playing. Theres going to be about 5 festivals worth of stuff there... thats for a festival where its notoriously impossible to catch even a 10th of what you want to see. Sure it lacks some big name surprise but it has more than enough excellent bands.

Gogol Bordello are amazing, pity they're playing the mainstage though. As previous people have mentioned this festival is not solely about the music. Sure they don't even announce the line-up until all the tickets are sold!

They would usually list the three headline Pyramid acts as being the "headliners" together with the Saturday act generally being the biggest of the three, the Friday one being a newer act and the Sunday one being a bunch of old timers. That ex-Beatle a couple of years ago messed up that system a bit when he insisted on playing the Saturday though.

Except Eavis is a bit rubbish at keeping his mouth shut and generally lets slip with the names long before he should.
