    I have finally treated myself to my fabourite ever shoes by Christian Louboutin. They have the red leather sole and I love them so much I almost dont want to wear them :rolleyes:

    Does anyone know how to protect the leather sole and to stop it from losing its colour (I plan on wearing these shoes in 50 years time ;) )

    Am I missing something here or have posts been deleted? Anyways - Sarah congrats on the purchase! What shoes did you buy? All Louboutins have the red sole, it's the signature of the designer :)

    TBH you're just going to have to accept the wear and tear. There is a company that offers a service to repaint the sole. Do a google. I think I read about them in the Sunday Times a while back.

    I am GREEN with envy, I honestly am. I've wanted a pair for ever but the selection of CLs in BTs leaves a lot to be desired, one particular pair has been on the shelves for nearly a year now. Can you post a pic of them OP?

    if u ring brown thomas and ask for georgia and she will give u the name of the cobbler that puts the red sole
    on them in rubber do not paint them it ruins them
    the guy is in claredon street and only charges 28 euro a pair
    i have 3pairs and gone to the guy --he is a genius x

    check out purse forum and itll really make u green -- there some girls with 200 + pairs lol
