I tried doing a few forced callbacks for the last few days and they keep failing. I tried to call the number 1800 924 797 but it seems to be borked.

    Any one noticing this?

Try holding down back up on the digibox. While still holding backup unplug and replug in box. This will auto update box software. Then make sure you put 142 in as the telephone settings. Try call back now. Let me know.

I am having the same problem. I am ex-directory so I put 142 in the prefix, have been trying since mid-afternoon, still no joy.

Thanks for the clarification, scaller. I haven't installed Sky in a few days, though I've a couple lined up for tomorrow. At least one of them is a NPL install though so no problem.

Their faulty system caused me to get double billed for multiroom. Thankfully sky credited my account for me.

The Irish number seems to be functioning normally today. Did 2 forced callbacks at 3pm with no problems.
