Thanks bud, i know what its like to get let down at the last minute as its happenned me 3 times this year-last time was 1 month ago, so i took 3 weeks off to relax and recover from a few injuries etc.. got the call after 3 days drinking and eating crap but thought it would be a good experience! actually i enjoyed it but never got going-everybody congratulated me but i felt i did not show my abilities at all-:( im down to fight in antrim 1st of july and am after straining my ligaments last night, going to give it a week before i decide wheter i have to pull out or not-hope not anyway, talk soon

No pressure to fight man. Don't worry about it, Doolan is one of the top fighters at his weight in the UK. No shame at all! Those leg kicks look like the stung, but you stood your ground.

If you're not 100%, don't feel like you have to fight :)

Not exactly concerned to this topic but I felt it didn't deserve a thread of its own .

Remember that Argentinian Super Flyweight Dunne outpointed(and dropped) in his 20th fight away in Italy ? , well Sergio Carlos Santillan is fighting against Fernando Montiel for his WBO Super Flyweight title next .

Santillan has won his 3 fights since losing to Dunne all by stoppage , defending his South American S.Flyweight title twice and winning the IBF Intercontinental bauble down at Flyweight .

Montiel is a classy fighter and although some believe he is fading at the minute and was lucky to win a decision in his last fight , he will stop Santillan and probably totally outclass him .

Despite the difference of 2 weight divisions it'll be interesting to know how a World Class fighter like Montiel deals with Santillan in comparison to Dunne .
