Well I've got €26.16 left on me voucher and would like to use up every last cent of it by end of today (as it expires at end of May). Any ideas suggestions with links are welcome!

In particular I'd like to pick up a bluetooth wireless headset but not sure if I can get one sub €26 including postage...

Phone credit is a better option or just buy the boards.ie membership :)

Just did this, fair enough, have plenty of usage from it for nothing.

Does it give you anything extra or is it simply a donation?

It is a donation with benefits. :) There are a few small things like bigger avatar, custom tagline, email address@boards.ie, request a username change.

At least you get to see "Subscriber" under your name:) . For some reason, even tho' I subscribe, this little nicety doesn't happen for me. And when I reported it nobody listened.

You'll be given access to the uber-elite Sex & Sexuality forum

along with a blog, email address and various other things.

Why wouldn't you just cash it in instead of impulse buying. You'll lose €2.50 but you could just as easily be left with €2.50 on the card and a half decent bluetooth headset.

I wasnt the OP, had just €5.50 on the card so donating to the boards for now is fine.

Seems odd in the Bargain Alerts forum, however, purchases from here probably have savings in excess of €2000 in the last year.

    User CP-> Groups

Its an option, I switched it on to see if anything happened.

    Found the hidden sex forum.

    Was dull.

Not allowed to, would open up online betting to under 18's.

    Just tried.

Can you add it to PayPal and then to betfair? Or am I thinking of Bet365 that allows PayPal transactions? Ladbrokes and Bwin.com are also options

Yes you are ch750536, in fact this is what I have done on my last few 3V vouchers with some credit left - thrown it into betfair and blown it on a race/soccer match so this time I thought I would get something more concrete.

What you've got to do is set up 2 paypal accounts, transfer your 3V funds from account A to account B. Then in your betfair account use the email address of account B in your profile. Then lodge funds in Betfair via PayPal account B and hey presto.

The only downside is that when PayPal account B accepts the funds you lose 3.5% or something similar.

betfair allows paypal as well but is it only business accounts can actually lodge cash into paypal?

this is what it says when I try to add funds to paypal
PayPal does not currently offer the ability to add funds from your bank account.

When you make a payment, PayPal charges the buyer's credit card and instantly credits the seller's PayPal account.

Naa, does not work. Even via paypal it says it will show as 'Batfair'.
