WiFi public in Prague can only use WiFi to access state sites.

Is Dublin's WiFi scheme a waste of money as other cities experiences suggest users may get poor coverage and dial-up speeds?

Would they not be better to lobby the new Government for better regulation and competition and spend their money on social needs rather than a White Elephant that would benefit yuppies more than the poor.
