Chicago is a great place, stayed there a few years ago, around the same area. There are lots of Irish bars around there. John Barleycorns is a good place to go to bar n nightclub. Go to a Baseball game great atmosphere and the pubs are full of life on game night. Enjoy!

I highly recommend a blues bar called Mama Rosa's.

They have a website and try to go on the night Melvyn Taylor is playing.

Bit of a rough part of town so Taxi there & back but you will have a great night
