I just finished it. It's really good, a mix of political theory (with a foreign policy focus), some international and EU law and regional studies. The lecturers were all nice people, very approachable and easy going. I was in the first year to graduate, they responded quickly to things we said didn't work well and changed parts of the course subsequently - there was a fairly useless module called "learning to learn" when I was in first year. I think it's still there but it's been hugely changed for the better. The work load was fine, they tend to give you assignments in the first half of each semester to be given in closer to the end of the semester. It might seem a bit much as times, but it's do-able.

    whats the hours like

Hours are grand - between 10 and 12 hours of lectures and tutorials a week. I think in three years I had one or two lectures on Friday, which is usually a lecture free day in DCU. Most of your time would be in the library or computer labs. Or drinking coffee maybe...
