I got NTL broadband and was wondering is there anywhere I can login and check how much of my download cap I've used so far this month? If not, can anyone recommend a decent application for keeping track of how much I've downloaded?

dumeter is you best bet providing:
- you only have one PC/laptop at home
- you do not own a 360
- you do not own a Ps3
- you do not use a VOIP cordless wifi phone.
