Irish Dollar Notes??

Hi
Does anyone know anything about the Irish dollar note that I have attached.
Are they the famous de valera bond dollars raised in america and then used to set up the irish press?? They look a bit older than that but I could be wrong.
My grandfather left us a few. Are they worth anything now?? (I have no intention of selling them BTW, just curious)

It is a bearer bond, issued by the Fenians by the looks of things. I think I could make out 'promise to pay the bearer 10 dollars on the establishment of the irish republic or something like that. The Fenians did issue bonds in the 1860's and during and after the Anglo-Irish war there was debate about whether the new government should honour them. They decided against it.
