    Hi All,

    We have scratches on one of our double glazed windows, can these be removed?

    The windows, yes. The scratches, no.
    The optical properties of the glass will change if they are polished to remove scratches.
    They are usually replaced FOC by the supplier/installer if they were delivered that way.

    2nd hand house, so no can do on the warrenty.....monster windown too, so could be costly. I'll see!
