remote assistance software

Our company is looking to replace our current (slow, expensive, Vista-incompatible) remote assistance software.
We're a call-centre dealing with computer-illiterate clients, will need about 15 licenses and the software should match the following criteria:

    - file transfer possibility
    - reasonably fast
    - no port forwarding or firewall configuration necessary
    - Windows-only is fine
    - full license no more than €1200 or yearly license no more than €500
    - the option to connect to several client PCs from one machine here
    - Vista compatible

Our current solution uses an ActiveX component installable from our website, which, while not ideal, is easier to set up than installing software over the phone with the client.

    Any recommendations/non-recommendations welcome.

    Co-pilot?

    https://www.copilot.com/

Possibly not suitable for your specific needs but worth a look.

Easy to use and allows you to take control via web interface which is nice.

    Thanks guys.
Copilot - doesn't seem to like our proxy server, gave up on it.
Logmein - been using it a while, downside is that the client has to install the program and create an account, otherwise pretty good
Webex - nice and fast, just tried it today, but I can't seem to send special keys (windows etc.). Maybe a setting I'm missing.
Must look at the last two.

I've also tried spark-angels - Decent enough, though the French interface is a turn off for English clients and Inquiero, which is not really Vista compatible and kid of slow.
