The third must be a direct result of the second? And the last one must be an Olympus?

As was said above, not really suitable for work.
Would appreciate it if people flagged their links properly.

Sorry if it comes across as being somewhat petty here but how is that link not suitable for work?? The only image I can see that could be classed as dodgy would be the 2nd one but even that isnt anything to write home about.

We have software that scans images for skin tones and it sends an alert to HR, whenever excessive levels are detected.
I'm sure we're not the only ones using it.
Some of you probably don't even know it's being used by your company.

Must be an interesting place to work.

I doubt we've anything like that here.

So, if you viewed a medical website with just photos of arms (without clothing) you could be in trouble?

What is the world coming to??

You wouldn't be in trouble, but it would generate an alert.
I have no problems with the policies of my company.
    They're fair and reasonable.
They own the computer equipment, they pay for the leased lines & it's their right to ensure that their property isn't misused.

Hey City-Exile should you even be browsing boards in the first place is it work related ???

I can pass the above link off as work related as stress relief and no skin tone scanner is going to say otherwise.....

hehehehehe oopse City-Exile have just got you into loads of trouble :D

    lol :D

personally I couldn't work anywhere like that. Reminds me of my days in Gateway where we had PC's with no floppy drives, no cd drives, and we used to have to zip up games into a zillion half a meg zip files and email them in one by one. If we got 'whackamole' going in work, there's would be screams of joy going down.

What is the world coming to indeed.

Quite juvenile of you all, not to appreciate the varying circumstances, of the individual users, on this forum.
There's so much sexual exploitation & child pornography, on the internet, that any reputable company would be foolish, not to safeguard against inappropriate use of their property.
All I asked was that, when people post links, they flag them appropriately. I apologise if that request required too much maturity.

Ah dude - relax. I for one appreciate the point, but as other posters have said this is hardly offensive material, and if you're surfing boards on a connection you know is monitored and you go clicking on random links where you have no idea of the content on the other side, you are just eeeeeevvvvvvver so slightly asking for it.

Aside from that, I appreciate the point and share your concern.
